As a creative, I wanted to explore what made people commit to their creative practice. It didn’t matter if they were doing it full-time or on the weekends.
I seek to understand the mind and soul of creatives and what keeps them going. Evolving and continuing to immerse themselves in their craft.
In my own journey I’ve been drawn to many different crafts and I tend to come back to them every now and then, but visual art and making videos has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done.
Because it was more than just making a video, was about sharing a story… beautifully.
I am not perfect. And even I hit the wall from time to time. But what has always saved me has been my ability to move into an inner state of cooperation. Seeing what’s in front of me and choosing to work with it.
A choice... It's like that inner sense of cooperation is a little key that unlocks all the doors.
Different crafts and arts taught me different things, and for every artist I meet, it is a different one.
There is not 1 correct answer. But I seek to find the main qualities of the Creative Warrior.
To dive into them.
And to share them with you.
So that whenever you feel that you have hit that wall, you may find something in this creative tool box, to tear it down.
Here is Kellee’s Journey… her Creative Warrior Quality is: Patience.
FYI: I also help brands create video content for their website and social media. Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org for a free Video Assessment.
